U.S. business travelers to the Russian Far East can participate in sessions of international business associations established in Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. The main goal of these groups is to create an open business environment and foster business liaisons between local and foreign businesses. No membership fees are charged to occasional visitors.
