The Environmental Technologies Export Office (ETE) of the U.S. Department of Commerce will offer a customized business matchmaking service and conduct a roundtable during the annual meeting of the U.S. West Coast-Russian Far East Ad Hoc Working Group (AHWG) in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, September 29-30.

The "Green Key to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk" matchmaker will feature customized appointments for U.S. enviromental technology companies arranged by the American Business Center/Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Green Key participants will meet municipal and industrial decisionmakers with matching interests and objectives. Participating companies will gain insight from individualized market briefings, save time and money through prearranged one-on-one business meetings and logistics handling, and get help setting follow-up strategies through consultation.

Together with the support of BISNIS and the AHWG Ecology subsector, ETE will sponsor a roundtable on Monday, September 28 to highlight emerging financial instruments and strategies to fund major environmental projects, as well as the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk "Clean City" program and U.S. Government resources.
