Description: The project is for the design and construction of a new consolidated headquarters building to house the United States Secret Service (USSS) at 930 H Street, NW, Washington, DC. This site is across the street from the DC Convention Center. The design is for a 9-story building over one level of below grade occupied space and four levels of below grade parking. Unique features of the project include incorporation of an existing historic structure into the new facility and an 8-story atrium along with state-of-the-art physical security. The project will be constructed in two phases consisting of foundations and below structures in one package, and the remainder of structure in the second package.
