WHAT IS THE FAST STANDARDIZED RATE STRUCTURE?
FAST has established a standardized national pricing rate structure. The national
rate structure is designed to achieve full cost recovery. It prescribes a $500 minimum fee
for each FAST acquisition transaction. This rate structure includes a 2% surcharge for commercial
off-the-shelf solutions, a 2-4% fee for non-complex technical and integration services,
and negotiated fees for task orders with an award value of $1 million or
more.
