UIC State Contacts

Below you will find listed all the UIC state programs with information on contact person and implementing agencies. Please note that clicking the State Agency WEB site link will exit you out of the EPA WEB pages.  Some of the entries have an additional link in the bottom left side to access an EPA Regional WEB site that has information that suplements the entry.  The link is under the label MoreInfo.

If you want to download a copy of the state contacts in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format, please note that you need Acrobat Reader to access it.  By downloading this file, you will have a digital version from which you can produce hard copy of the data base file.

If you want to read the entry on line, please find the state you are interested in the index below and link to that page.  Please note that there is more than one state in the page, and that there may be more than one UIC program for a given state.  When you have completed your visit to that page, click on the back button of your browser to come back to this page.

If you find that the information in the forms below is not accurate, please send us the changes.
