SC HOUSING ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS
The South Carolina Housing Achievement Awards are presented
annually to recognize outstanding contributions in the area of
affordable housing for low- and moderate-income South
Carolinians. Nominations are currently being accepted in the
following categories: Public Sector, Private Sector, Housing
Development, Elected Official, Volunteer, and Creative Partnerships.

RESOURCE GUIDE
The South Carolina Partners In Homeownership are currently collecting information to include a comprehensive catalog of programs and technical assistance resources called the South Carolina Housing and Community Resource Guide. Please complete the survey if you: 1) provide affordable housing or community economic development financing or other related funding; 2) are a statewide or regional program administrator; or 3) are a national, regional, or South Carolina - based technical assistance or human service provider.
