Transitional Living Program: deadline July 7, 2000. (32 grants,
$5,500,000 available)
Youth Development State Collaboration Demonstration

3, 2000. (5 grants $600,000 available).

for competitive grants was published in the Federal Register February 24,
2000, with one NOFA published on February 16, 2000. For information
