REMINDER FOR HUD CONTRACTORS

All HUD contractors whose contracts exceed $10,000 must:

  • “comply with the rules, regulations, and relevant orders of the Secretary of Labor (Secretary) issued under the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1972 (the Act), as amended,”*
  • “list all employment openings existing at contract award or occurring during contract performance, at an appropriate office of the State employment service system in the locality where the opening occurs,” * and
  • make at least annual Federal Contractor Veterans' Employment Report (Standard Form VETS-100)**

The basic requirements are not changed.
