GUANTANAMO BAY - Resident Officer in Charge of Contracts Chief Engineer Jack Neill will be honored with a retirement dinner March 20 at 6 p.m. at the Windjammer Club.
Neill and his wife, Josephine, first came to Guantanamo Bay in 1953. Neill is an accomplished writer and artist. Examples of his work will be on display at the dinner.
