One goal of the Federal Voting Assistance Program is to take advantage of technology to more effectively and efficiently serve citizens. In keeping with this goal and in support of the 2000 elections, we have been coordinating with the states and territories to provide an on-line version of the Federal Post Card Application (OFPCA). Through cooperative efforts with the states and territories, 37 will accept the OFPCA as an alternative to the cardstock OFPCA.
