Commerce Business Daily (CBD) is a daily list of government
procurement invitations, contract awards, subcontracting leads,
sales of surplus property, and foreign business opportunities as
well as certain foreign government procurements.  The annual
subscription cost is $324.00 for first-class mail and $275.00 for
second-class.  A six-month trial subscription costs $162.00 for
first-class and $137.50 for second-class. To order the CBD,
