Department of Commerce Announcement Regarding the Closure of Three American Business Centers in Russia

The American Business Centers (ABCs) in Volgograd, Chelyabinsk and Yekaterinburg have successfully completed their 5-year grant agreements with the Department of Commerce and are closing on April 30,1999. U.S. businesses seeking commercial assistance in these regions may contact the U.S. Foreign Commercial Office in Moscow, telephone 7-095-737-5030.

Nine other ABCs in Russia/NIS will remain open and continue to provide the following essential professional office and business support services exclusively to American companies:
