Summary: The following provides notice of a tender announcement to supply aerosol filling line and can production equipment for JSC SIBIAR, Novosibirsk, Russia, under an IBRD-financed Global Environment Facility (GEF) Ozone Depleting Substances Consumption Phase-Out Project. End summary.
The Center for Investment Projects Preparation and Implementation "Prospect" (CIPPI Prospect), on behalf of JSC Sibiar invites sealed bids to supply aerosol filling line (120 cans/minute) and can production equipment (250 cans/minute)(Lot Reference SIB/FCL/001) under the plant's Hydrocarbon aerosol propellant/Aerosol Conversion Sub-Project.
Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures as established by the guidelines of the World Bank's International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries. Starting from November 10, 1999, a complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a nonrefundable fee of $200.
The method of payment will be direct deposit to Savings Bank of the Russian Federation, Moscow Bank, (SWIFT: SABRRUMM 100), Cheryomushkinskoye Branch 7980, c/a 8911200034, account #40702840838280201512.
Bid Opening Date is December 28, 1999. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as defined in the bidding document, and be delivered to CIPPI Prospect on or before 11:00 a.m. local time on the Bid Opening Date.
