Food and Clothing Products Consignment Opportunity
Customs-bonded warehouse in Moscow, Russia and Riga, Latvia for
US-foodstuffs and other items to sell in Russia or Latvia (final
decision to be made by US and Russian firms handling sales). To be sent
CIF by Seller, on consignment from USA (or elsewhere) to Riga or Moscow.
US Company and Russian Company will jointly handle the sale of the goods
to Russian wholesalers or other buyers for cash. Goods to be paid
for, therefore, at time of sale, and goods are sold with Customs, taxes
and any other governmental formalities to be the sole responsibility of
Russian buyer. Your consignment sale price to be wire-transferred in US
Dollars. In addition to offering warehousing space, the joint cooperation
of the US Company & Russian Company will market the goods to the Russian
buyers. From the time the goods leave the USA, the US Company and Russian
Company will jointly handle and control the operation for the US firms
consigning goods. In the event the goods are not sold with a prescribed
and mutually-agreed upon time period, it will be the responsibility of
American Consignor to pay for shipping goods from CIS to another
destination chosen by the American Consignor.

Besides foodstuffs, beverages (alcoholic & otherwise), there should
be a need for clothing as well. Please include your capabilities in

Novorossisk, and containers continue on by train (or truck) to secure,
bonded warehouse in Moscow.
