IN NORTH AUGUSTA ON SEPTEMBER 21 ON PROPOSED FUEL FACILITY

An Atomic Safety and Licensing Board will hold a prehearing conference in North Augusta, South Carolina, at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 21, to hear oral arguments on the standing of petitioners to intervene in proceedings related to the pending application of Duke Cogema Stone & Webster to build and operate a mixed oxide nuclear fuel fabrication facility at the Savannah River site in South Carolina.

The conference will be held in Room A1 of the North Augusta Community Center, 495 Brookside Avenue, in North Augusta.

The three-member ASLB will hear oral arguments on the standing of petitioners to intervene and on the admissibility of petitioners' contentions.
