AT FERMI NUCLEAR POWER PLANT
Nuclear Regulatory Commission officials in Lisle, Illinois, have announced the assignment of Joe Larizza as a Resident Inspector at the Fermi nuclear power plant in Monroe, Michigan.
Larizza joined the NRC in 1997 as a reactor engineer. Prior to joining the NRC, he obtained an NRC Senior Reactor Operator license and held various technical and management positions at nuclear power plants in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. He received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a master's degree in nuclear engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Larizza resides in Monroe, Michigan.
