For trial attorney positions with CCIPS, applicants must possess a J.D. degree, be an active member of the bar in good standing (any jurisdiction), and have at least two and one-half years of post J.D. legal experience. Applicants must also have: 1) a strong academic background as well as excellent research and writing skills; 2) some criminal trial experience; and 3) knowledge of computer, telecommunications networks or other emerging technologies. Domestic travel is required, and some international travel is possible.
